Good afternoon! Exciting developments are underway. As many of you are aware, we have recently brought on board a new team member to oversee the day-to-day operations at our office. This includes setting up a dedicated business line to manage all incoming calls and messages, allowing me and our team of sitters and dog walkers to concentrate on providing the best care possible to our furry clients. So starting today, when you call our main number, 678-447-1795 you will reach our office manager Cat. I do receive a copy of all calls and emails. But she will handle most of the correspondence. If it is an emergency or she is not able to answer, it will immediately be forwarded to me. So you will always be able to reach me. This adjustment enables us to enhance the efficiency of our services, focusing on what we excel at - looking after your homes and beloved pets. This day also offers us a great opportunity to explain an important policy our business has: Occasionally, potential clients ask to hire us to "just check in on their cat every couple of days" while they are gone. At Wags and Whiskers Sitters, we require at least once per day visits for cats. Anything can happen when pets are left alone—and cats are no exception. From potentially lethal ailments like urinary blockages to potential home damages from a cat accidentally loosening a water hose behind a washing machine, not having your pet sitter check on your cat daily while you're away can have costly—or tragic—consequences. Plus, your cat needs daily attention and interaction as well!
